As far as retail lines go.

Briarpatch Thomas the tank engine trading cards sealed. Or a full box of Glowzone Mortal Kombat pogs, Unopened Lord of the Rings Pickers. The contents of all these things aren't too expensive / difficult to find, but factory sealed they are quite rare. I don't know if this counts as toys everyone at /vp/ just wants to talk about Pokemon cards

There are too many to name at this point. And it's always the same shit.
>Want character
>Hunt every store for weeks once it's reportedly out in the wild
>Never find shit
>2 weeks later see posts of people finding gluts of them on clearance or at Ross for 1/4th the price
>Start checking those stores in addition to the main retail ones
>Absolutely nothing, ever, as always

Daughter loves Adventure Time and Regular Show asks me if there's Regular Show toys. It's the first time she's asked for something specific like that. "yeah of course im sure there is".
Unbelievably overpriced.

If it makes you feel any better, those toys sucked anyways. I felt ripped off just paying the $10 or whatever I did for them at Toys R Us at the time. But it's also the kind of IP that will probably get much better stuff from a random company in a few years that's aimed at collectors.

Don't buy them. Both the Jaz Adventure Time and Regular Show toylines sucked. They don't stand on their own, are literal garbage and fall apart in your (adult) hands. I can't imagine how fast they'd break with a child playing with them.
