Okay that's actually a really hot detail. I do love additional physical transformations going along with weight gain, at least some of the time.

The only detail is if the summer camp is a fat camp or not. The idea that the camp is full of obese butterballs already prone to overeating is a neat concept.
The girls are starving hungry only eating weight loss food and portions until 1 girl stumbles upon a secret grove and cave system the slimes are inhabiting. The slimes feed some of themselves to the girl and they taste delicious, they also have a aphrodisiac quality to them as well so during and after eating the slime the girl is maddeningly horny and masturbating furiously. She keeps coming back to the grove eventually bringing other girls with her as long as the swear secrecy. The slime is clearly fattening as the girls notice they're getting bigger but the flavor and sexual rush is too addicting any qualms about getting fatter are thrown out the window if they had any to begin with.
The only concern the girls have with their expanding sizes is it compromising their cover with the councilors but oddly they seem to ignore the girls ballooning weights and waists.

Soon the girls start getting so big they're struggling to self pleasure while at the grove gulping down slime. Helpfully though the slimes seem to sense their intentions and desires and the slimes start pleasuring the girls in addition to feeding them further cementing the girls love and devotion to the slimes.
Eventually the girls wind up too big to leave the grove or move on their own and that's when the rapid filling really starts.

Touching on this and some of the old Chrono Trigger time travel stuff I had an idea for pig TF and time travel.

Honestly, the slime discussion has reminded me how hot I find it when fat people are emitting something. Drool, sweat, icing and cheese and sauce oozing out of their mouths, down their chins. Gloppy fatties are hot; it's a slob aspect that sometimes gets forgotten about in all the discussion about bodily functions. The main branching question for me is bursting or not? It sets the stakes for the story and also decides some of the logical steps for justifying the existence of the camp. Non-bursting is pretty straightforward, the girls swell up big and tight but end up birthing out all the new slimes they've created near the end of their 3 months at the camp. The new slims are generated from their fat so they do actually lose a significant amount of weight but through 0 effort or change of habit on their part. Their parents are please but the girls inevitably fatten back up (many intentionally) and end up at the camp next year.

The bursting route can go several ways.

The Slimewalker route: When the girl bursts one of the slimes produced by her can shapeshift into her like a doppelgänger/ skinwalker absorbing a lot of her memories and personality but never being quite right. The slime walker returns to the girl's old life and works to fatten up other girls and get them sent to the camp.

The Intergenerational route: The camp has a sp00ky history of disappearances from 30 to 15 years ago but they petered out and despite nearly going out of business due to the reputation of mysteriously missing girls now the camp inexplicably has a steady supply of business. In this route back in the late 70s/80s the first generation of girls make contact with the slimes and wg, slime inflations and breeding ensues. Some girls burst on account mishandling on the slimes part some on the girls having more greed for growth than their bodies could handle. The surviving girls are deeply indoctrinated by the slimes and go on to start large families of their own, with a statistically unusually high bias of daughters if a conspiratorially minded person were to look into it, most of the daughters being obese as well. The daughters are fattened up by their mothers and once in their mid teens sent to the fat camp under the pretense of losing weight.

I prefer when either the bully or the target is secretly into it, or both.

I like this idea but imagine a gym that's for female weight gain only. Guys can take their girlfriends or wives and enroll them to be fattened up at the gym with exercise equipment that pumps them full of gain shake and yoga sessions that are basically feeding sessions with some stretching that's mostly assisted by the SOs or staff. The fattening gym also has a food court thats basically a buffet with massage therapist staff on hand to give the gorging fatties belly rubs both to help relieve tummy aches and also to ease the girls sense of fullness so they can hold more food per binge. The women are all measured and weighed before and after each visit to the gym and their gains are encouraged and celebrated.

If the company had devoted resources to growing synthetic toy people with faux skin I'd be all for fattening her and some of the other playtime girls. There is a story with basically that. Lusamine and Lillie open a portal into ultra space and get hit by the energy of an Ultra Guzzlord. Over the coming weeks they start to succumb to extremely gluttonous and slobby behavior they find increasingly pleasing.
Sadly the author hates anything even remotely close to a bad end so he writes it that they start a new lifestyle trend for overweight women somewhat abruptly pulling away from all their slow corruption progress and everyone lives happily ever after.
I really wish we had a vision where Lusamine's aggressively fanatical devotion to her newfound love of getting fatter and living like a hog prompts her to force her staff to reopen the portal and then make sure they all get blasted too. then with her entire team now loyal slob devotee they all work together to find ways to either increase the potency of the energy or make something portable with it. Planning to soon start bringing more pokemon champion girls into the greasy sweaty folds of their slob lord's influence.
