Oh, definitely. There's a ton of games that really stood out that made people fall in love with them. Hotel Dusk, Professor Layton, Trauma Center, the Ace Attorney series, 999, and so on. Currently going through the Eirika route in Sacred Stones, and having a good time, but also wow. My level ups for my units have 80% been absolutely terrible... Like Ross having -4 speed against the average atm. Yikes. I know averages stats aren't the end all be all, but still, knowing my Ross is suuuper undercooked just feels kinda bad. But it is how it is with rng. At least Garcia is picking up the slack, even if he's not as speedy either. I digress, been also playing Splatoon and Animal Crossing, just some daily plays for them here and there. And also playing a small little game called Sushi Ben, it's fun and laid back.

Good. You're not going to regret it.
You're also going to get another Great Knight in your army sometime later, and he's pretty good. In the very same chapter he joins you can also find the boots, you can give them to Amelia to offset her poor Mov if you'd like and she'll be the best unit in your army. They're tough to find without a guide, but then again you can always stumble upon them accidentally as I did on my first time playing the game.

I think that's right, yeah. I've read people give him the Brave Axe and Brave Bow you get towards the endgame, and he's unstoppable with those because of his massive strength stat. But even before then he's got a lot of HP and pretty decent resistances for a Fighter class unit, so he's still very very good throughout the whole game.

Mostly just to make the desert chapter not be such a headache and not go insane trying to find as much or all the items during such a chapter.

I love it when a game doesn't tell the player "no" when you want to try some stupid bullshit and actually humors you for it.
My favorite thing I've done was charming an enemy that automatically nullifies 1 spell an opposing unit uses per turn, bringing it into the spider boss, and completely neutralizing her ability to trap anybody in webs or spawn spider minions became a complete punching bag as a result
