men only want one thing in life
>>
Byron slipped and called Nick and Judy a couple in an interview. Possibly nothing and it popped out because it's talked about so much, but his wording was something like he enjoys seeing them grow as a couple or some such. If anyone has a link post it please.

Basically that's the most pro WildeHopps Byron has ever said. So if you want them to become a couple, you still have hope my friends.

>>81423144
I would be able to die happy if that's all I had in life. I'm working on it though slow going as it may be.

You're a nice anon. Thanks!
>>
>>81423144
Here's something that I've thought about because of Zootopia. It's a buddy cop series with two main leads that some believe are meant for each other. Sure I admit I'm one of them but my curiosity is, is it possible for you to make characters so well that they gravitate to a specific goal that you maybe never realized as the creator? Maybe I'm not making sense. Like with Nick and Judy if they were taking them to being a couple and everyone involved is at a meeting and they're all like “They're becoming a couple and it's like it's happening outside of our control.“?

I'm just using them as an example. It could be for any thing or characters someone creates. The idea that you create two characters and you made them so well that even though they're fictional they gravitate to each other is romantic to me.

I hope that made sense.

He signed a copy of the Zootopia script once with a little doodle of Nick and Judy with a heart.

Youre saying its just so natural it transcends the writers who just subconsciously make them an item? I see the idea of it but I will say everything in Z2 is very meticulously walking a fine line, I dunno if that can be done without very careful intention.

So 2 new wildehopps news that I don't see here anyone mentioning.

Byron during a zoom live meeting/interview thingy discussing the oscar gala, accidentally slipped up and said "I love hope Judy and Nick evolve as a couple"

And today Jared was caught by a reporter at the Oscar nominee luncheon.

>"Elordi and Laxe are both first-time nominees, but the director Jared Bush is an animated-feature winner (for “Encanto”) who is nominated once more, this time for “Zootopia 2.” After congratulating him, I said the will-they-or-won’t-they tension between the franchise’s fox and bunny leads had become unbearable.

>“They need to kiss,” I insisted.

>“You’ve got to wait until No. 3 for that,” he replied."

So that happened

Remmy confirmed for smoking doobies at work sometimes. Now can we get a Rex and Remmy hotboxing the lobby episode with Marty losing his shit over the smell when he comes home from work?
I bet Marty becomes really paranoid and weepy when he's high. I need to see him being comforted by Remmy by being placed in his wool

Sadly, our Zootopia 2 has finally fallen out of the top 10 this week. With only a quarter of the number of theaters showing still showing Z2, the take has dropped significantly.

Still, this week, Z2 hit $1.85b and become the top grossing movie of 2025.

Early game missions are either Nick or Judy by themselves for plot reasons. If picking Judy the game map is done in crayon and doesn't give any indication of where you are on it (because Judy doesn't know the city that well). If picking Nick you have the full map and waypoints, but also the drunk driving from GTA IV because Nick can't drive too good.
When they join up together both options are cancelled out, because Judy drives and when you put a waypoint on the map Nick verbally calls out to her where she should be going.

The door closed right as they exited which closed off the water was their thinking I assume. Plus in animation it's about making a scene look good instead of adhering to real world physics.

>>81448658
funnily, I think Zootopia game would be bast if you would play a new character. In Zootopia 1 Bogo pairs all officers up in 3s. Except Judy and Nick.

I think the player could be their 3rd officer partner (I don't care they retconned it in Zootopia 2 with a bunch of 2 partners, people like the Z1 officers better anyway, we have gotten used to them for 10 years, learning their names, I like that setup more)

So yeah, Judy and Nick NPC companions to the player character.

I'm not memeing here, and yes I know it's a stretch. Still when I looked at the rockside long enough this is what I saw for a moment. Now I don't feel this is what they're going for, but I DO love the idea of a heart with fox ears having rabbit ears at the top. A fox shaped heart with rabbit ears combining them both in love.

Like I said I don't think this is what they're going for but I wager an actual artist could make a heart that's shaped like a fox face with Judy's ears at the top far better than I could.

I think it would be better if Judy was the one that declared her love to Nick

Since Nick, unlike Judy, has been alone and despised by everyone his whole life, which would make her confession hit home way harder than if it was Nick confessing to Judy
>>
>>81462093
I wouldn't mind this at all. She's the more act first type anyway. I can also see Nick doing it meaning a lot too. He doesn't show his emotions easily and him opening up that hard would be a big deal. Either way it plays out will be fine by me as long as it's written and acted well. Even moments I felt needed better writing were held up by Nick and Judy's VAs.
>>
>>81462193
Also forgot to mention having her ask at the bridge is a sweet idea. There or maybe the elephant ice cream parlor would be good choices.
>>
>>81462093
She should propose with a cock ring
>>
>>81462220
If the movie is about birds and their dating rituals, I would love it if she starts the conversation being like, "I think if I were a bird, I'd do the little romance dance for a guy. I don't think it's fair that the guy is always the one who has to do it." And Nick makes a crack about imagining her with her two left feet tryna dance, or something.

But Judy just explains how she feels about Nick, (which is why she took him to the bridge. In the bird world, a setting is one of the most important parts about courting rituals. The scenery, the backdrop, helps to make plumage and other parts of the impresser stand out. She doesn't say that part out loud, but the movie would have made it clear by now that area is something one should consider when wooing someone.)

And Judy can tell Nick about all the ways he makes her happy, and how much he makes her laugh, how much she trusts him more than anybody she's ever known. She reiterates that she feels that if she were a bird, she wouldn't just wait for a guy to do the courtship dance, she'd be the one doing it first. Because when has she ever obeyed societal conventions in her life? She's a bunny who's a cop, after all. And when Nick laughs and says that he definitely knows that for sure, she can respond more sincerely that she knows he knows, and she's grateful to him for accepting that about her. Nobody else cares about her like he does.

Then she can admit that the bridge means everything to her. And she couldn't think of a better place to do this than right here, where Hopps and Wilde truly began. And she hopes that they can take on a new challenge together. As more than a working team. Or as friends. Something more...
>>
Pack Street chapter idea. Dewey comes back and takes revenge on Remmy for shaming his boyfriend into rage quitting pack street. Only Marty is able to come to his rescue this time
>>
>>81463107
I wonder if they go the route of making them a couple if they have it planned out already? Like how the confession scene was the first thing they wrote. I don't think a proposal is happening in 3 but Judy telling him she loves him more than just friends at the bridge could still be really cool.
>>
>>81463340
The final scene after the credits, or hell, during the credits sequence we see a montage of them doing couple stuff, and the final scene after credits can be Judy worried about introducing Nick as her boyfriend to her parents, only for Bonnie to be given 20 bucks by Stu, having clearly won the bet nobody who was watching the movies knew about
>>
>>81463418
>So what're we doin here, Carrots? Haven't been by this haunting ground since you apologized.
>I'll never not be sorry for that, Nick. I still am...
>Hey, water under the bridge! Eh? Haha... It meant a lot that you came by. I was mad sure, but I was mostly disappointed.
>That I wasn't who you thought I was?
>Nope, that I knew you were better than that.
>I try to be... and I try to be better to you every day.
>You treat me better than anyone ever has. Fluff. Well except my mom. So what's up?
>We've been through a lot. Almost died a few times. Became cop partners. And you've stuck by me through everything in between.
>Of course I have. Is something wrong, Judy? Whatever it is we'll..
>I love you, Nick! I think you do too but I have to be sure! Before some vixen comes by and dances for you and then you'll have fox eggs and...
>A few tears start forming in her eyes.
>I had to tell you here because it means a lot, but also so you remember what I did to hurt you in case you need to think it over.
>Nick kneels down to eye level as Judy stares at him, her nose twitching.
>I'll never forget how you hurt me, that's true.
>Judy puts her paws to her eyes and starts crying.
>Nick moves them aside and hugs her
>Because what you gave me after is very precious to me. You showed me you cared. That my feelings meant enough to come back... even if it was cause you needed my help.
>Judy chuckles amidst her tears.
>You gave me a second chance at life. At being happy instead of just existing. But...
>She pushes away with a frown.
>But...?
>But I never would have imagined I'd fall in love with you, too. And I did. It happened so naturally when I realized it I was scared, but I don't have to be any more. I love you too, Judy.
>Judy hugs into him hard before pulling at his tie and leaning into a kiss.

I think Ive said it before, Judy is a mammal of action so it makes sense.
While Nick is a mammal of words which might make you think he would be the one to say it, that direct honesty we rarely see might not take that risk like Judy would.

I feel like hes the one who had more to admit in Z2s climax as well so for Z3 it should probably be Judys.

Theres also the female power angle to consider, while Zootopia isnt so bad about it Nick definitely got the short end of the straw in Z2 so it still feels prevalent.
Meaning, to keep the female empowerment angle going she would likely be the one written to take the stance first so its clear its her ideas and wants. Besides shes the main character slightly more so.

>>81463107
I think Zootopia message usually involves something more relatable to the real world. So Id imagine the insight about bird courtship is just a cultural aspect and say when asked from Judy, how she can do it well like a bird, the reply is more so in the spirit of "thats only something you and your mate would know, since true love doesnt come from dazzling looks but something deeper, yada yada".
It should be a life lesson for kids after all.

Yeah, I imagined as I wrote that that bird courtships must've become more cultural and less instinctual. But still, cuz it's a kids movie we'd still see some of the now more archaic rituals with birds inflating their windpipes to look attractive to their already committed mates

Remmy about his coworkers

What? why? I didn't see anything remotely advancing colored people in Z2 at all. It just had a general "don't be raysis" undertone but all main cast members where white. Idris Elba had even less lines than the previous movie.

Pack Street chapter idea: Remmy gets kidnapped by a lion Mafia and placed in the back alley market to be eaten for breakfast before Avo uses her martial arts powers to save him

He still eats his "husband's" penis and laps up the semen, though. And does the buttcock. Having literal faggypoogarglepeen is far, far, far more sinful than fapping to two dudes boning on screen. (However, straight porn is less sinful than queercock porn.)

unsure about oc mc oc considering we did fine with pawbert and gary. thought it would be better if it was a foreign mammal we controlled but involved in the plot.
people have too many reason to make zoosonas already.

my only ideas for games were AUs, either medieval or alt zootopia

Did y'all know that when honey badgers get snake venom in their blood stream they don't die, but they instead become intoxicated? Honey would've been the MVP of the sequel if she were allowed to exist in it

i still want the villains of 3 to be outright dehumanizationists
like, a character or group that believes in the law of the jungle and that animals aren't meant to cooperate
someone that truly believes that to exist means to eat or be eaten, cause it IS a world of just animals

anonbun i am your father and i am very disappointed in you. this is how you choose to spend your time? lusting after fictional characters instead of fucking looking for a job? you're a disgrace, and your mother was wrong to have coddled you for so long. i'm glad she isn't here to see what you have become. it's a mercy, if you ask me. if i were you i would not be able to even *exist* the way that you do. get a job, and stop being so fucking embarrassing in front of other people. get a girlfriend, do SOMETHING, ANYTHING!! FUCK!!!
