Im not entirely familiar with all of themn but i gonna say White (Basically starts the story as Sex slave/prostitute IIRC),Alvy (BAD END) or Fox (Stuck in Jayce's head).

Bottom rung is Ivex, Kantos and Erik.

Ivex is a (secret) Twink, but i feel his threat level (not in potential, but where he is in the story) is pretty genuine, plus he potentially wins if you mess up (and you need to mess up to get the more punishments), He is a LOSER but i don't that is necessarily a Failure since his stuff works (even if it is incredibly unstable and he is basically doing the magical equivalent of Chainsaw Dildoes), But he is also like 1000% a Coomer, i think White might have him beat or at least equal if i remember that story right.

Kantos isn't really a failure since he is practically the School Idol, it is just that his school kinda sucks as a whole if anything.

Erik is basically a setting equivalent of a God with a Powerset no one really understands (Unlike most other Avatars), honestly he was also probably gonna win the contest even without getting his powers. He got his tragic backstory but that's kinda it. But honestly he is competent and successful even with his hardships.

I haven't read Tempations Ballad but Cole hadn't really failed that hard last i read, but i think i saw somone mention he basically unleashed a calamity or something?

He technically succeeds in his goal in the very first game - he manages to manipulate the sister of his ex (who he killed before the game start) into summoning ghost demons to slaughter almost every dog in his school, then when there are almost none left, he starts going 'round the school to cross off the few remaining survivors before finally ending with his ex's ghost and his sister Coco. In almost every ending barring the very best and one other, he succeeds it killing everyone. But he loses in the best and canon one, gets sent to furry hell, comes back in the second after having manipulated and recruited the ghost of a dead witch-girl to bring him back in his ex's old body (his ex stole his) along with an entire army of all the dead dogs he indirectly murdered, only to be foiled and basically get made into the MC's bitch by the end. Then the third game continues from that (him being the MC's bitch) but he manages to swing it back around and manipulate EVERYONE - the heroes, the other cat witches, the host of partially revived dead dogs - in order to get the magical artifacts needed to summon a literal god, to which he can either have it fix all the dead dogs and himself and win everyone's affection and the MC's mutual love, or he can have it kill them all...which ends with him dying in 3 years anyway and going back to furry hell, this time as said God's bitch for eternity. Oh, and the entire reason he murdered his ex is because said ex broke up with him for being a creepy weirdo who kept saying he'd kil him if he ever left him.

All in all, I'd say Patches is about even. He pretty much wins in the first, goes through a humiliation ritual in the second and third games, but manages to pull it back around and get everything he's ever wanted including a new BF in the best ending of the third. I'd go as far as to call him a magical boySUCCESS in the first game even.

Cole has plenty of wins, but I'd say his failures put him above White (who genuinely didn't seem to particularly mind whoring himself out for cash given he did the same even back in his sister's tavern) at the very least. He's not necessarily the cause of a calamity (yet) per se, but by nature of what he really is and his actions, he's directly involved in a vast conspiracy that has broad ramifications for the whole of Axia. In terms of personal failings, the guy has a fuckton though. Namely, he's a bratty pathologically lying shit willing to leave people out to try for his own BS up until character development hits him like a truck and even then he's still prone to lies of omission, he hates his second dad for not being as "cool" in his eyes as his 'main' dad and initially believes he's just being kept around by his other dad as a sidepiece (it's only later after he fucks up and drives away his second dad by prying into his mind that he learns for all intents and purposes, he's the biological son of both), his brattiness and recklessness caused him to fuck up IMMENSELY hard and lose his first boyfriend - twice over even - and whilst he's gotten sexual with Sidd since, it's been confirmed by WOG that Cole is nowhere near fixed or stable enough to hold down another relationship any time soon. Oh, and due to the nature of his birth, he's extremely physically weak compared to his papa(s) but has lots of magical potential - which sucks for him because his 'cool' dad despises magic users so he has had to hide his magical abilities for 20+ years and has deep self-loathing over them along with his physical fraility.

Cole has strong points and at least has a loving family unlike Alvy "groomed and stabbed" Arufar. But by god is the man a mess of terrible life choices and poor decision-making.

Played this for a bit, I've got some comments.

Feels like you've got a bit too much downtime during the mornings, just waiting for the customers to start showing up and during later days of the week, feels like you've got too little time in the day to serve up more than 10-15 orders. Might help to make it so that all the customers in the que don't just fuck off the moment the clock hits end-of-day, have them stick around for a short while before they start slinking off one by one, give the player a bit more time to earn some dough, even if there's not much use for all that tip money yet.

Could use a bit more variety in things that can happen, too. Maybe have some customers ask to get flashed to get some use out of the nudity mechanics other than as just a potential fail state trigger. Maybe special nude beach days where you're encouraged to eschew clothing but still have to maintain cleanliness standards and sexual propriety despite most of the customers also being in the buff and doing extra lust damage as a result. Maybe the bathroom is occasionally out of order so you gotta get creative with your masturbatory needs.

Might also want to consider expanding the lewd stuff available, too. Maybe add a character that you can fuck (or you can get fucked by) in the break room in exchange for tip money that gives you a very long refractory period bonus. How about an opportunity to moonlight at a local sex club for extra cash where the quality and variety of your self-pleasuring show (particularly the size of your money shot at the end) determines your payout to get more mileage out the masturbation mechanics, maybe with the punishment that you'll then be more tired and horny at work the next day.

All in all, though, pretty promising start, looking forward to seeing how the project progresses.
