Arceusanon here, got off my lazy ass to do a little something different (that I've been wanting to do for years). Wrote a Mystery Dungeon kinkfic with some new OCs I intend to use in plenty of other growth shenanigans as time goes on. Little less on the pure smut that the Arceus series has been, more on the side of "story and character development with some kinky shit thrown in."
So if that's your jam, please give it a read and I'd love to get some feedback! Pic is a bit of a promotional thing I did to try out coloring. It's berry inflation for this go, but future stories I intend to do Alcremie stuff, other forms of inflation, weight gain, etc.

The game is all set up for custom character support, it's just a matter of actually doing it. It's a tiny bit inflexible in areas but you can easily get a similar experience.
I'm currently writing documentation for that now to help people out.

What would you do if you were set out on a typical Pokemon adventure but instead of battles and gym badges you want to make Pikemon fat. What is your gameplan?

I mean, if I'm interpreting that right, there's no real endgame other than to have a team of fatties to love and cuddle with. So if that's the entire purpose of my journey, here's how I see it. Pick your starter (if given one, otherwise seek a Pokemon near your starting town that you can build a strong bond of friendship and feeding with).
From there, battling, contests, and all the like are inconsequential. It's all a matter of traveling the region (or multiple regions), trying the local cuisine with your Pokemon while you add new members to the team that you bond with and find suitable to develop into fatasses. Only once you've amassed a team of six would you think about returning home - and then it would be a grant tour of buffets and treats on the way back, with a feast to put together for the pudgy team once you've brought them home.
I like to think pic related is the end result, but adjusted for personal team comp taste.

I think that's a bit of the fun of it, treating it like a real journey where you wouldn't have a clue what you might encounter. Sure maybe I would leave with some goals, but why be set on certain Pokemon when I might befriend another?
I think the most important piece for me would to be sure to get a healthy mix of body types. It'd be silly to get all humanoids or all quadrupeds. I'd want a team all across the board. A biped, a quadruped, a bird, an arthropod or whatever with 6+ legs, something that swims, and then something just freaky to tie it all together. Maybe they'll all be various sizes, or maybe I'll make sure they all end up like that previous pic and just be immense, near-immobile (if not outright immobile depending on their bodies)

I'd go the classic playthrough "1 Ace" strat of having 1 Pokemon be my strong fighter and partner while every other Pokemon I keep in my party will be exclusively plumped up and fattened. I enjoy the idea of entering in my fat Pokemon for contests just to see them fail and look pathetic to a crowd. My ace will earn all the money through battles, etc. Maybe a psychic or water pokemon who's still specially capable can also roll with me as another powerhouse, but otherwise all the others are growing whales.

With the feet almost completely buried within yet still visible. Also the neck would be absolutely thick and fat just like the rest of the mountainous Aurorus is.

And subject Lapras, Meganium, Tropius, Farigiraf, & Raging Bolt to the enormous fattening as well since they need to be stuffed immobilized blobs too.
