I am extremely racist and I live in Japan, so I can tell you the real situation.

Africans: In everyday life, you are unlikely to encounter them. They are mostly contained to dodgy nightlife areas, traditionally Kabukicho and nowadays also Roppongi after dark. They run their own scam bars and clubs there and like to harass people on the streets.
Indians (a term that includes other shitskins like Bangladeshis, Nepalese, or Pakistanis, nobody can distinguish them): they do have a significant diaspora here. The poorer ones work in convenience stores, a significant proportion of conbini workers in the big cities. The ""skilled""" ones work in IT etc. because many companies realized they are still willing to work for the shit wages that Japan pays. You don't encounter too many of the latter on a daily basis.
There are large disaporas of assorted SEAsians (Viet, Thai, Chinese) but they usually integrate well and don't stand out much.

Realistically, if you travel to Japan, you are 100% more likely to be annoyed by a screeching mainland Chinese tourist family or a fat American shouting into his phone on the train than by a minority that resides here.

The issue with such minorities, however, is that when their numbers get higher, they start to form ghettos. This is an issue with the Chinese/SEA in some areas, Kurds in others, and starts being an issue with shitskins. I don't think it's *bad* yet unless you specifically travel to such areas, but of course the trajectory is not good. It seems like the people are aware and the government is trying to stop this to some extent, so I hope it won't get too bad.
Although the real reason for these ghettos is mostly the kike-minded business leaders who want to import cheap labor instead of increasing wages and the government is in the pocket of such people, so I don't expect hard crackdowns despite the populist posturing by the PM.

their whole motivation behind these changes seems to be a shift from immigration to migrant labor by cutting out the visa that lets people with money start a business and relocate and massively increasing the low-skilled labor visa every jeet uses. they want cheap labor and eigo sensei's not people who actually have self-sufficiency and money.
they seem especially pissed about white and asian(chinese and korean) people moving there just because they want to "live in japan" which is basically the entirety of all whites and asians that live here. almost every news article about the business visas include this, saying how people are bad for setting up holdings companies with very little actual operations just to live in japan.
