What is English teaching like for western teachers in Poland and Russia? Are there many opportunities like in Asia or is it limited and competitive? How's the pay?

And do they have any job opportunities in other places like Belarus?

English is coming to be in less demand in the CSTO countries but the EU countries it's probably one of the best vehicles to immigrate and have a good job

I did a 3-month contract in provincial Russia back in 2016. Awesome experience. They paid very well and made me feel very welcomed. However, outside of work, there is nothing to do. If you are used to Western European old towns with bars and clubs, forget it. Russia is like the US in terms of being spread out.
