claudia knew about the origin world because she was the only character with 1) all the information about both worlds and 2) the desperate desire to find a way out of the loop
1) she killed and replaced her counterpart in the eve world giving her complete access to old martha's intelligence of the loop and knot on top of her already comprehensive knowledge of her own world (she spent 33 years time travelling, researching and influencing
2) she had tronte kill regina to focus her younger self on the goal of saving her
anybody with that perspective and motivation would have figured it out but the only other characters who could have possibly done it are adam and eve and both of them were lazer focused on each other, with adam trying to destroy the loop and eve trying to preserve it
she explains that the idea of an origin world occured to her when she realized that regina wasn't related to jonas and martha's offspring (and thus her existence was not dependent on the loop), which is a tiny piece of information but one that no one else had since regina was assumed to be tronte's daughter
and that's all it took for her to eventually solve everything
