There's a handful of Biohazard stage plays, two of them are musicals. Biohazard The Stage 2015 is the one with Piers in it and is pretty decent, it's about 2 hours long and you'll find a recording with English subtitles somewhere on youtube.
Biohazard the Experience is the other stage play that's also canon where as the 2000 one and Voice of Gaia aren't considered canon. You can probably find subs for The Experience on youtube somewhere as well.
As for the manga which Piers is in, Marhawa Desire. It's alright as well, it's got some nice art in places and serves as another tie in for 6. The artist who did the art for that went on to also do be the artist who draw Revelations 2 and Umbrella Corps tie in manga Heavenly Island which stars Claire. Both the mangas are a pain to buy these days so just pirate them if you wanna give em a read.
