I still stand beside my theory that Rose was born as a weapon for The Connections. Her apparent "rebirth" was for that same reason. Which makes sense to me why Mia bounced out because their intentions with her failed. Especially with Chris Redfield himself raising her as his own. She had Connections to the BSAA, all this counter bio-terrorist bullshit and it would compromise their agenda. There's no stakes with any of them, there's no development, I felt nothing watching Leon in Requiem knowing there is zero chance that Capcom would ever kill him.
