The fucked up hair zombie is Theatrical HPD.
Selena arguably has either Tempestuous HPD (extreme moodiness and dramatic outburst) or Vivacious HPD (I need to be the center of attention).
The main character one though is straight up theatrical. She cannot look like someone else, she cannot wear the same clothes as someone else.
Debate however you will on Selena, it's a tedious case study.

You know? I did think about a Resident Evil spin-off that instead of being a survival horror it is a tactical turn-based RPG in the vein of Odium/Gorky 17.
But instead of a bunch of humans you control a group of B.O.W.s who still retain their personalities and who still manage to keep them due to a kid who got genetically engineered to be a prototype B.O.W. commander. Not only are you trying to de-mutate back into humans again, but you also have to fight various armed human groups and other B.O.W.s that range from the well known ones, to new variants of existing ones and B.O.W.s that are completely unique to the game.

Your B.O.W.s can use both human weapons along with whatever mutations they start with and acquire over the course of the game. They can steamroll through zombies and fight lightly armed and armored humans with ease, but more powerful/specialized enemies would require the use of tactics and maneuvering. Bosses however will require a lot of planning and even one of your teammates, a friggin Nemesis, will get one-hit killed if you are not careful.

Characters like Jill, Leon and both Redfield siblings appear and they can be fought as optional bosses if you meet the right condition. Game would have multiple endings depending on how far overall your teammates are mutated and what moral choices you made...not to mention the sequel would carry the stuff you chose in the original game...same with the 3rd game ending with one hell of a trilogy.
