Ending A-C are all the 'wrong' ones that trigger if a specific progress mechanic is failed (There are also 'joke' endings like Automata that trigger if the raid wipes to various other mechanics)
Ending D is the 'standard' victory, it counts as a 'clear', with loot and everything, but the achievement hints that there is a 'true' ending
Ending E is the actual final phase with a fight styled after the rhythm battles of DoD1 and 3's route E final bosses
Beating that gets you the REAL clear and DOUBLE LOOT for everyone

They want to hear from the devs who make the combat encounters, design the raids, write the stories, make the music, design the clothing, what inspirations they take and perhaps what they can hint for the future.
I learned a shit ton that I didn't know before hand during the Ishikawa writers dev panel how she linked certain scenes in coils with Endwalker. I didn't pick up on that in Endwalker, or how she was specifically giving insight into Emet during the narration of Endwalker through certain scenes.
That's the shit I want from dev panels, that is worth paying for to listen to, NOT to listen to vtubers and players that I could listen to any other time of the year if I wanted to be clicking on their stream.
The fanfests are once every few years in each continent, the time is incredibly precious and to have some of it pissed away is annoying to say the least.
