I got here a bit late, so I didn't see how many there were at the start. I'm surprised there's these many. Even if it's a somewhat varied meta right now, I'm getting really tired of watching the same decks for months. If we're not going to get miniboxes, I wish DL would at least buff older decks with updated skills. It's not like they have any new products to try to push anyway. Music Princess is still the strongest deck and that's like 4 months old. Might as well go even further back and buff Yamiruler or Dinosaurs for once in their lives.

Since they released it for free, they probably figured it wouldn't be worth it to spend that much money on the single-player campaign and instead figured that Ranked would be enough of a draw. Especially because they might have already been planning on the DL thing by then. The DM Expert games on GBA also tended to switch between full-fledged maps and boring menus from one installment to the next, and that was back when Konami still made games. So it's not even really a new thing.

That's Chemical Cure, which is a psychic deck revolving around Blue Medicine and Red Medicine. These are Assistants, which are Pyro monsters that are part of the Chemistry deck that Manabu plays. They fuse with the Chemistry boss monsters, like Alchemicalize Salamandra or Chromatographagas.

Ok, so I got KOG very late this season, but I don't think I got it at all
I was struggling to get out of gold 1 with dragon decks a lot until I used picrel, which got me from gold 1 to 5 with a 4 game winstreak during the climb, but then I started losing a lot with it in gold 5, switched decks and then 5 Korean players decided to surrender immediately when their turns started.
I think they were bots or something. WTF?

Next? Probably not. I think that after Menzaburo (whenever that is, since he's not in the March updates announcement), Sevens World will go back to focusing on the Goha siblings. Sushiko might get added eventually. Maybe her deck could even get support in the physical game. But Menzaburo being in is huge because it means that being an NPC is not the death sentence it was assumed to be. Chupataro and Mitsuko are definitely going to be playable at some point too, then, since they both have decks with a lot of support that would absolutely be worth having.

They're also going to release the Aoi alt with Aqua to release Marinecess and maybe they could also release Onizuka Retard Mode with Dinowrestlers. But as for actual new characters, who could they add that has actual cards that exist? Queen? Even the writers of the show couldn't bullshit a way for Allure Queen to be playable so she built her "unbreakable" board off-screen. Revolver's AI waifu who plays the same deck as him? What do you mean? Moonforce just came out, so what we knew about is what we have. That video isn't a new reveal or anything. It's just Tomatosaurus and Dr Alex trying out the new set. What it really needs more than anything, I think, is more main deck monsters. Particularly maybe something that can help you recycle the ritual spell. The effects often lock you into Earth Galaxy and there's almost none of those outside of Moonforce. The spell card Memory of Sunlit says that you can special summon an excavated level 5 or lower Earth Galaxy monster and Moonforce doesn't have any main deck level 5 monsters, so I'm guessing it's coming eventually.

Yeah, sort of. Based on the artwork, it looks like it's a dragon (Dralia) that lives on the moon with the spirits of a bunch of dead pets from Earth. I think all the cards with a sepia tone are supposed to be memories of their time on Earth, while the ritual monsters and field spell don't have the sepia tone because that's the present.

It's infinitely less busted because you can't just show your opponent 5 cards with GY effects because there aren't any. Also, I doubt that you'll be able to pick the cards in the first place because searching the deck is thankfully still not a thing in Rush. You'll probably have to excavate the top 5 cards instead, which will make it a complete crapshoot. I doubt it will be played much by anything other than decks that really want a lot of stuff in the GY, since it's basically a random mill when you adapt it to Rush mechanics.
