Increased my input on Link raid 20 by a lot. I think the only difference was at the beginning of the fight I didn't use Ui's special immediately when it was available and instead let Tsuruno get a basic attack in first. I think that set up the action order better for the rest of the fight.

Portraits are definitely a poor guca’s version of memoria. They’re much tamer in terms of the effects, there’s no active skill ones which added a lot to the combat system, and even on a simple level, going from 4 memoria to 1 portrait is a loss in complexity. The support Meguca sorta try to cover that gap, but it’s still a pretty big drop.
Rolling for memoria was also hell though so I’m not really sure what I’d actually prefer. It did make getting good memoria feel special, whereas 99% of portraits don’t get looked at and all of them are just given to you.

It’s impossible without Santa Sayaka on 20. Originally I thought it was A2 minimal requirement. Someone pro on JP hit 6M with it. But then genius Ike I don’t even know how exactly, managed to get over 500k with only A1 Santa Sayaka in a 2 break solution. But genius is built differently. I think for most ppl it’s A2 minimum. Sayaka and Ui together for the team are taking the place of a Mami or Moemura and ascensions matter for scaling. 20 is designed right now for all A5s at lvl 140 so unless you’re super pro you also can’t make it work at lower ascensions. There’s a path that will work with sustain and I believe it’s a Ren Rika solution probably.

What's a better support ability for a breaker? Groundhog Daze or Tenebrous Arcana?

I've never considered using either one as a support.

Groundhog Daze Mabayu increases speed and after using a special attack, increases break gauge depletion. I don't want to have to wait until after my breaker has already ulted to get the bonus.

Tenebrous Arcana Mel increases the break gauge depletion of basic attacks, and grants speed after using a battle skill. I want that extra break gauge depletion for all attacks.

If these are your only 2 options, go with Groundhog Daze Mabayu. She will let your breaker's next special do more.

I would recommend leveling up/magicing up Rena and then putting her on your team. She’s very good for single target breaking, and you want to be as on-element as you can. She’s certainly going to do a lot more than Lux Madoka (who frankly isn’t a great unit even when she’s on element).
Note that the level of your supports also matters. A lvl 60 support is giving a lot less raw stats than a lvl 100

Assuming you have every 4* you can beat it with your current roster, but not at their current levels. Though you don't need that much EXP just enough ti get a few girls to about level 90.

I reccomend using Kirika/Homura/Hazuki/Yuma/Rena. It was a pretty popular team for the fight back in the day that should still work now.
