Depends on how you look at it. I have synthlungs installed, which minimizes in-game impact, and it doesn't fuck with her mind as much as the rest of her narcotics. Can't quit everything at once. IRL fun fact, addicts are often encouraged to keep smoking as a coping mechanism that helps with quitting the hard drugs.

For cyberpunk, not so much. The only time you need to worry about it is when you see the lightning bolt icon appear with either a + or a - next to it on your modlist. That means one mod is overwriting the other. Doesn't necessarily mean they are incompatible, but you might want to check if the most important mod has the + mark.
Fictitious example:

The economy mod adjusts the same values as the vendor mod, partially. You still want the vendor credit mod to work, so you put that below the economy overhaul. There's a neat function that lets you scan for updates. You can find it under the tools options next to the profile name. But if a certain mod has 2 or more "main files" on the Nexus, it'll show as out-of-date if you only needed one file. NCalive is a good example. You download the "lite" version, but MO2 will still say you need updating since you didn't dl the "normal" or any other version that's listed as a main file. You can right click the mod and tell it to "ignore update". It'll show up again if any new main files are added to that mod.
The hazard symbol means the mod isn't packed right or there are missing files. You'll get a lot of false positives for Cyberpunk for some reason, but they can be safely ignored.
Just make sure to test gameplay mods briefly before slapping more on top, and you shouldn't run into any problems. Everything in the immersion list is compatible with each other though, unless specifically listed otherwise. So it's safe to stack those without testing.

It's not too late. You can set up pretty fast if you know what mods you installed or just go through your Nexus dl history. If you copy your current game installation, you can make a backup. It runs from any location anyway due to no DRM. Should anything fail, you still have the backup.

I haven't used Galaxy in ages, so not necessarily. Might be Galaxy doesn't track its executables in the same way as Steam does. According to the internet, Galaxy should track your playtime and achievements with MO2, same as Steam. All they say is that you have to be sure Galaxy is running before you boot the game through MO2. Do you get to see the Galaxy overlay, and does it track playtime at all? (make sure the overlay is enabled)
There is a workaround for it in any case. It involves adding galaxyclient.exe as an executable in Mo2. You can open the dropdown menu and hit <edit>

Oh, and those triangle warning signs are often caused by version differences. Like your dl will say it's version 1.0 but nexus already has a 1.10 version registered. Usually it's just an author fuck up, didn't adjust his pack files to match the version listed on the nexus. You can hover over every symbol you see and Mo2 will tell you what's up with it. See picrel.
In general, you don't have to worry much about any of those warnings. Mo2 will generally tell you with a pop-up if you are about to fuck something up.

There's so many of them, they're so strongly protagonist-coded, then I installed Dark Future and realized Synth Lungs makes Kerenzikov+Handguns even better because with 5++ Synlungs, the dash to activate Kerenzikov won't drop you out of deadeye (because maxed out lungs are -40% stamina cost to ground dash).

It's also possible that that it's just concept art and not indicative of a scene they were planning or something. The scene looks like it's in Pacifica so maybe they were just trying to conceptualize the district.

The difference is that the damage done isn't instant and as behavior-altering as drugs or alcohol. Nobody got into a psychosis by smoking a cig or wrecked their family unit over a pack of smokes. The long-term bodily dangers are on par with those of alcohol or drugs. They also considered that smoking can be recovered from, your lungs and bloodtract can mostly heal from the damage done. But with alcohol abuse, any liver/kidney/intestinal tract damage is permanent and can be stabilized at best.

Interesting. A lot of the rest of the dialogue in the ending indicates that V is resigned to dying and just wants to leave a mark. V doesn't even have dialogue to bring up the cure to their LI when talking about the job.
It'd be very V that by this point they've chased so many bullshit leads that turn to nothing that by this point they're just taking the job for its own sake but the cure is actually real this time.
Doubt we'll ever find out. I'm convinced they'll leave V's fate entirely ambiguous for the next game and just let people believe in their own headcanons for the most part.

I wish the game didn't have forced combat sections that don't allow for a stealth approach like Dog Eat Dog. Mostly because since the game is so easy, the only way I've figured out to make stealth feel properly punishing is to increase enemy damage a lot (so that getting spotted will get me killed unless I'm on the last one or two enemies), but them I hit a forced combat section and I either have to change settings or power through 15 Barghest space marines who kill me in a fraction of a second.

Playing through PL for the first time and I just betrayed song bird. Did I fuck up? She seems like a manipulative woman (but I repeat myself) who is exceptionally dangerous for fucking with the blackedwall and bringing in cyber niggers

Been running into something extremely frustrating. For whatever reason, my 4070 Super is killing itself whenever I try to take a screenshot with Path Tracing (100% of the time) or with Ray Tracing (a not insignificant percent of the time). I'm not sure what, exactly, is causing it to kill my drivers, make the screen go black, and run the fans like it's about to explode, but. That's what it's doing. Which is strange, because I did the stress test and got an average of 99 FPS with RTX on, so I have no idea why it's crashing like this. No other game manages to do this except, funnily, Helldivers 2 on the galactic map screen (not when I'm balls-deep on Cyberstan or something). So. That's a fun, new-ish problem.

you don't extract a character, you have to make the NPV from scratch with wolvenkit (and blender). it's quite the process

It should absolutely be able to handle path tracing in normal gameplay (with DLSS), so I have no fucking clue why it's vaporizing itself on a screenshot. inb4 RMA

i think it would be cool if They Will Remember tied your notoriety with gang members to street cred.
and if it was possible to avoid anyone remembering by destroying/disabling cameras (avoid evidence) and lethally killing everyone onsite (so they don't report to others).
however, if nobody remembers you then your street cred depreciates, so you would want to leave someone alive or do everything within view of a working camera to spread tales of your terror.
street cred bonuses would need to be improved but there's probably a mod for that.

The Tower ending created mountains of mostly baseless cope (as opposed to Star and Sun where the cope at least has some lore or thematic basis) down to pretending that V gets to keep perk tree skills with no cyberware or that somehow V can become a badass solo again despite muscle atrophy, cyberware disability and brain damage. No ending has produced as much deranged cope as Tower.
