So let me assume how things are going.
You're F2P or F2P+Express Pass.
You have Anaxa and Phainon, both of whom want the same core support (Cerydra) and are missing one (Cyrene). Your Aglaea and Mydei are both struggling, also fighting over the same support (Sunday) and Aglaea is probably E0. The Herta got given up at birth by hoyo, so you're essentially locked into a stupid situation where teambuilding is kinda ass. You skipped Hyacine and now your Tribbie is kinda homeless without her HP buffing AoE partner. Essentially, you picked the non-standard DPSes that ended up having no good support from hoyo and pulled yourself into a hole...
Then you pulled Yao Guang probably more based on your dick than anything else.
Respectfully, I think the best thing to do at this point would be to skip until a Phainon rerun if he's not E2S1 (he's probably not).

I'd say focus on consolidating team 1: Phainon, Cerydra, Bronya (to be supplanted with Cyrene), Sunday sustainless. Bring Phainon to E2S1 when you can, make some savings to aim for that first and foremost. He's kinda mid below that level. It's fine if you flunk the last few stars of endgame as long as you full-clear MOC11, AS3 and PF3, you're fine. Saving is more important. You'll want 200 pulls going into the next Phainon banner and some luck.
You might have to abandon Yao Guang. Either way, you're possibly sitting out 4.1 and 4.2.
Once team 1 is Eidolon'd out, only then you start planning. That might be around 4.4.
