Pretty ez. Even if you do the first two steps and dash out, if you made 3 look at you and did 100 damage to each I think you did a lot for early in a team fight.

Player heroes with beam weapons, like Domina. The beam is a good visual aid for tracking your aim and the final hit ensures you also practice landing single hits.
Don't practice vs bots, just keep playing and constantly try and improve your aim. Eventually when you swap off Domina you will notice improved aiming.

Increasing passive healing from 20 to 26 for 2s per hit is far less impactful than getting 50% healing resource and 10 ammo and the latter can give you the resource you need to actually save someone.
