Story So Far (Act 1 + First Mission)
1. Recruitment: Naomi, a former commercial pilot, signs up with SPS despite zero military experience because she needs huge sums of money fast for her brother’s treatment.
2. Training & Partnership: She’s paired with the veteran Nadya. Their first VR simulation mission reveals Naomi’s natural talent (and recklessness). She’s overly excited, wastes ammunition, rushes ahead alone, but also shows quick reflexes and adaptability. Nadya is initially frustrated but impressed by her shooting accuracy and growth.
3. First Real Mission – “Endless Nightmare”: SPS is hired to eliminate a dangerous pirate fleet terrorizing the South China Sea / Malaysia–Thailand waters. The pirates, led by the young and bold Gan Zetian, have stolen advanced weaponry and put up a fierce fight. Naomi and Nadya (the newly dubbed “Chaos Combo”) work together: Nadya handles close combat and veteranship, while Naomi provides overwhelming firepower. In the climax, Naomi saves Nadya from certain death by slicing through Zetian’s Chariot with Seraphina’s blade. Zetian ejects and is captured.
4. Aftermath: The mission is a huge success. SPS hands the pirate leader over to Malaysian authorities (collecting a big bounty) and plays up their heroic image for the cameras, complete with toy commercials. Naomi earns her first massive payout toward Michael’s treatment. In the final scene, the captured Zetian hints at a much larger conspiracy behind the pirates — something called “CCC” — suggesting this was only the beginning.
