HoN and early LoL and early DOTA2 matchmaking was just fine, especially HoN, so it's very possible but devs elect not to do so. What character and people who play it you can't just respect and stand to play with or against? Do people run Goose Egg? It's been nerfed to shit apparently but I run it on nearly every hero, even with aggressors like Billy I buy it first, just having it allows me to clutch/carry games when I pop it.
