I just hit 60 on a mage on ambershire after starting last week, kind of bummed that the server is going to fucking die. Not sure if I should bother trying to speedrun some end game stuff before the shutdown or just start levelling on epoch instead. Not sure if I'd wanna go mage again, how is it on epoch? What about ele shaman or feral tanking?

Thank you to the developers, especially Her Radiance, Queen Torta the Merciful (first of her name), for providing the first real expansion to World of Warcraft.

We all know that Blizzard’s The Burning Crusade is a falsely so-called slop expansion that killed the game, and that its follow-up, Wrath of the Lich King, only defiled its rotting corpse.

Turtle WoW, or Mysteries of Azeroth as I prefer to call it, provides much more sensible new races, respects the old lore, and returns the feeling of exploring Azeroth that I fell in love with as a child.

I also thank the game masters for providing immediate assistance at any time. Not a single ticket I wrote on these highly populated servers took longer than two minutes to be resolved.

I started anew on Ambershire, knowing that it might end, and had some of the best experiences playing World of Warcraft on that realm. Balor will remain one of my favorite zones, and Windhorn Canyon is up there with the most beautiful dungeons.

Through this server, I reconnected with old friends and made many new ones, so whether it ends or not, I will treasure the time.

Shoutout to my sisters from the guild <Basement>, who always made me feel safe!
