What is up with quickplay suddenly getting full with scrubs? Every time I try a different character I rarely play, the enemy team are hyper competent at healing and my team usually makes no effort to take out the healers that are constantly negating any damage done to the frontline. I always have to switch to the characters I'm good at to get any KOs because 4/5th every match I get, i'm paired up with absolute retards. Is quickplay based on skillmatching?

I think at this point I hate Punisher more than I ever hated Phoenix

I could've told you that from the solution they came up with. No actual good game designer would've done such an overdesigned and fragile system that could break in so many ways.

What they should've done is just flat out remove a lot of CC from most of the roster, especially Duelists and some Strategists. There is simply way too much CC in the game for heroes that don't need it.
Zhiyong is so fucking bad at his job I'm actually stunned.

Likewise, if they did what they should have done and just gave CC resistance to tanks, then DPS and Supps would also lose their fucking minds that the tanks get something they don't. Passive 1 - enemies can't hear her footsteps.
Passive 2 - any enemy in her presence has a 50% chance of their crits failing.
Passive 3 - whichever enemy lands the final hit on her gets super bad luck meaning for the next 10 seconds they have a 50% chance of any of their attacks doing 50% less damage.
Passive 4 - whoever has ace on the enemy team is worth more money than their allies.

M1 - standard melee attack. doesn't steal money from people.
M2 - ranged whip attack. cost money to use and has a chance to crit no matter where you strike the enemy. also grants bonus health if she hits the enemy. doesn't steal money from people.
Shift - dash attack. 2 charges. pierces through enemies. steals money through those she passes through. also inflicts super bad luck.
E - whip that steals money from the enemy.
R - the little strange portal. but instead of being magic, make it a gadget or someshit.
F - gamble move. press it to spend some money and get a random passive buff for 10 seconds. could be a speed boost to herself and surrounding allies, could be a damage boost to herself and surrounding allies, could be invisibility to herself, could be seeing through walls for herself and allies, could be CC immunity for herself and allies, could be healing over time to herself and allies, or it could just result in wasted coins. buffs can't be stacked. if you use the ability while a buff is activity it just gets replaced by the new one.
Ult - she throughs a bunch of cards at the enemy. anyone hit by it is give a random debuff for a couple of seconds, and the severity of the debuff is up to chance.

keeps the theme of bad luck and stealing money but doesn't result in her having 50 million magical moves like a wizard. her niche will basically be flanking to steal money and buff her team.

The way to do it is to have a passive CC duration and/or intensity reduction. Either for a duration or passively. Having it pop a multi second long CC immunity after a set amount is retarded, making it too uncontrollable and random.

The only one of these that isn't full on A list known by everyone is Bill basically. Maybe Cable to an extent but he's like Marvel A- tier at worst given how highly featured he was in the 90's and even wound up in Deadpool 2. The others are as basic as they come. Yet for some reason they are insisting on shoving in random Literally Who characters as if they're going to run out of Marvel characters.

They could do an entire year of nothing but Spider-Man villains and still not leave the Marvel A-list. Then there's all the X-Men. Avengers. Villains. Marvel has such a deep bench they can do literally years of well known characters even at 12 per year.

I understand they need to make coomer characters to sell skins to keep the game going to Black Cat makes sense but like, why Luna? Why White Fox? Why Devil Dinosaur? A big T-Rex is cool but it's not gonna push people into the game, adding people's favorite characters does that. i see Marvel Tokon making the same problem where the devs think lol so random picks is cool and creative when in reality if you want people to buy your game you should jam it full of all the most popular characters and just a couple off the wall picks.

Although for Tokon they're just doing the new fighting game standard of saving fan favorites for DLC to sell battle passes.

Thor doesn't stack that much CC in practice despite the bubble and hammer push. Hulk is affected primarily because the exiled shit eats most of the tenacity threshold before they launch the juggle combo.

Nah. It trades a potentially team-wide damage buff, and some of your own damage, for temporary bonus health. Imagine stealing damage from your teammates and yourself just so you can get bonus health at a really bad conversion rate. She's also the only character asked to do that: trade damage for bonus health. Everyone else just gets it for free but even if she did get bonus health for free, it doesn't fix her issues.
The lightening aura buffs just cemented the fact she should always be in lightning form. She's not a brawler that an sustain in a fight, so there is no play-style where you farm bonus HP in wind form, then swap to lightening. You''ll get blown up before the benefits of her wind aura come into affect and your trading kill potential for it.
