Which one? The Citadel or Beyond the Citadel?
The Citadel is kinda jank but short and enjoyable, Beyond is much better. Both games got the best guns in modern FPS games, still I wont 100% glaze it because the level design is kinda meh and so its the enemy AI specially on the second game. In the first game for example Shotgunners shoot Slugs at you at long ranges while in Beyond they just spam regular buckshot but as a trade off enemies react super well to sound and dying screams so they will rush or pull back while the level design got a little better in beyond is nothing to big
Plotwise is a true schizo coded story of a truly deranged inmortal bitch trying to kill those who took his brother away.
TL:DR its Receiver mix with Marathon created by a truly nutty hentai artist but somehow is not a porn game but an actual FPS.

Yeah he "lost" his family, he never said they died. What "lost" obviously means is that after letting them escape and in doing so defying the prescript, he became wanted for execution by the Index (hence the Proxies hunting him down at the post-credits scene), and so he could never see them again lest he put a target on their backs. I never see anywhere that it says they outright died and them dying does not fit with all the circumstantial evidence pointing to the contrary.

I temper my expectations when it comes to RPGmaker obviously. if the gameplay is just basic, the setting or scenes should make up for it, or there's a neat caveat to the gameplay in some manner that is fun, like steam city having the little stuff you could do at the cost of not having enough for a battle if you abused, or weapon swapping in BS2.
Obviously I'm not expecting the greatest thing ever from the genre, just not utter garbage, like a fighting game one I tried recently where it's so basic, but on top of that it's janky and slow.

Well it's because he was a Negative Sanity unit. He is all-around strong, but since won't muse over his sins and all gleefully in his crusade lorewise he won't ever be able to wield Mang like Matthias. And gameplaywise you need at least 0 Sanity to use Mang, which then drains sanity to deploy. So lorewise and gameplaywise no matter how powerful he gets this will be a wall he can't overcome.
But Certain Sinclair as a normal unity can do that in spite of also having Prosthetic Racism. Furthermore the presence of those rings means he also viewed his own grievances and made his choice over them.

In The Thumb you need to display absolute obedience and even an accidental small infraction means getting mutilated/ordered to kill yourself.

From how the story frames it, unlike the other Nursefathers who are there because of some fuck up or another, Shiomi was simply there because of her blood.
Given her speech about how she was 'free' until they invaded her world and ripped off her wings and threw her in chains. And Rien's remarks about how Shiomi was different from the other Nursefathers and how unlike the rest she basically had no interest in the whole 'plan' they cooked up.
I don't think she was 'disgraced' so much as 'abandoned'. Maybe you could go as far as 'betrayed'. But her only 'crime' if you could call it that, is that she was the only one who could unsheathe Arayashiki, albeit incompletely.

I mean the bus is useful. If nothing else, it functions as a 'base' which could be useful since N Corp very well might be enemy territory.
If you need to run away, it'd be more convenient to get to a bus that's parked nearby rather than the waypoint corridor door that you came from three days ago and is now miles away.
N Corp might also have some entry paperwork or whatever to take care of, like T Corp and K Corp did. Sure Albina came and went and didn't care, but she's a syndicate member while Limbus is in theory a proper company, so it's probably better to do things through the proper legal channels. It'd be pretty annoying if the sinners got arrested because they didn't have their paperwork that they should have gotten when they entered the wing. And the sinners probably wouldn't want to kill a random wing agent who is just doing their job and not an enemy trying to kill them.
