This is a shitpost. Voiced Jinhsi and 3.2 has been pretty good in that regard as of late, although it's mostly downtime beside Luuk and Lucilla actually doing their jobs. Reason why 3.2's my favourite story despite 3.1's amazing execution. Characters either don't need to have a job or occupation, or at least be in positions that offer a lot of autonomy. The organisations that aren't the Fractsidus still don't feel very important though, doubt 3.2's Segue will change my perspective on that, but Spacetrek is marginally better.

There are multiple points to work on. While different people have different bodies and quirks the main things to do are pretty ez to understand and even Anko can learn.

You want to shift your mentality from losing weight, a mostly arbitrary number on a scale to losing fat and/or gaining muscle and fitness and health.
2: you'll want to go on a diet that isn't extreme and learn to eat healthy and in a sustainable enjoyable way. Your diet in cutting is temporary but your diet in keeping slimmer or healthier is forever. You don't have to be no fun allowed but learning to enjoy not guzzling down soda, snacking less and making it instinctive to reach for various healthier options help
3: when you cut you want to aim for something around a 500 calorie ceficency. If you starve yourself too much it'll be stressful and also your body tends to go into starvation mode and hold onto fat more.

Finally there's research that your gut bacteria and biome has effects on processing fat and calories, along with effecting your immune system and emotional well being and stability and brain health. The good news is it can be easy to help your poop pipe bugs out in a way that helps with not pigging out.

Most people don't have enough soluable fiber in their diet. Fiber makes you shit good and makes you healthy and makes you feel more full. Easy sources is shit like grounded flaxseed that you add to shit. I soak some chia seeds in milk and add some flax seeds, have some blueberries a bit of honey. Maybe a banana in yogurt for an easy breakfast or dessert that's got plenty of fat protein and fiber for example .psyllium husks are a fucktard easy lazy way but you need to get a good source to avoid lead contamination.

You want to eat healthy fats. Fats are a big impact on your health and I only try to eat olive oil-

(ideally cold pressed is best but that's an extra expense on top of fats that are more expensive than shitty sneed oils and I understand if people are hesitant or unable to accomodate that in their budget. You want fat in your diet, it's very sating and you need it for fat soluable vitamins. If you eat sugary low fat foods you'll never feel satisfied.

Since you have an overeating problem I also recommend the techniques of buying a food scale to weigh and estimate (always estimate a high possibility) the calories and nutrition of things when you eat at home.

Otherwise there are simple tricks to also use like using smaller plates. Smaller spoons or forks, standing up when you've eaten half of your food because you'll feel how full you actually are when you get up.

What sort of foods do you eat at work? What do you eat at home? What time and environment contributes most to your weight gain or the unchanging state of it? It's important to recognize causes and cues environmental and otherwise..once you have recognition and introspection you obtain knowledge and through knowledge the way to obtain your goal for anything!

You might find it helpful to eat for volume. Soup, for example, can go a long way towards making you feel full without actually eating a lot of calories.

It's not bad because differences aren't large across team variations. Aemeath has rupture, fusion burst and mono fusion. Luuk has Lynae and Denia and can cope well with Sanhua, Hiyuki only has Lynae for now but Lucilla should be an option later. I honestly like that you can shuffle characters around now instead of only playing them in single team all the time.
