That being said I agree with you. there isn't really any documented pass abuse going on so I feel the penalty they set is a bit harsh for an imagined crime

It just told me I can't switch IP on a pass more than 30 minutes after I made my first post on my wifi hotspot.

especialy since my retarded mobile app will forget my pass as soon as it's denied and i'll have to enter it again.
