Too stubborn probably. But if you're tired of the internet making stuff .webp when you save it to post here, and having to convert it or find a different image, then you can disable .webp in your browser either in the settings or by downloading an add-on.

They probably remember a time when 4chan users weren't mentally handicapped and could figure stuff out themselves. uploading webp files would immediately indicate that you're stupid anyway
