>What is SpiritVale?
SpiritVale is a massive multi-player online action RPG that takes elements from games such as Ragnarok Online, Diablo II, and Tree of Savior. It is developed by a solo indie developer (Phil) supported by multiple people assisting with art assets.
>Why should I care?
It's fun! And free!
>How many classes are there?
There are 7 base classes and 7 advanced classes at the moment. Three paths total are planned, making 21 total advanced classes (not counting Weaver, the "Super Novice" of SpiritVale). He will start making the other paths once EA happens.
>When is early access?
EA is planned on June of 2026.
>Will there be any wipes?
There will be a full wipe before EA.
>What class should I play?
Most of them are good and there are constant revamps/buffs/nerfs going around. It's also wiping so play whatever you want. Resetting stats/skills are also free+unlimited.
>Do we have a guild?
Guilds will be implemented in the future. There is a friend list and a server chatroom built in the game.
>Which server?
They act as channels (think MapleStory or RS), so any server works.

Did it get some performance updates? I think I played during the second wave. I was surprised at how it would sometimes dip my frames even at the lowest settings. Not to the point where it's unplayable but it gets annoying.

Make sure to check out the revamped maps, a lot of them look much better now.

Yeah, everything at low is decent now. And being able to right click to adjust the camera angle is great. I don't remember if that was always there.
Went from 11 -> 30 continuing with the Priest I made. I don't remember why I made a priest, probably just to break my cycle of going with a sword and board.
It seems like there's some value in staying in lower leveled areas because loot is specialized? Might be worth going back to the cemetery to get 1 more 1% chance holy damage card since my weapon is 2/3 slotted.

Yeah it is ideal to grind at lower level maps purely for levels since higher level mobs don't scale very high unless you are in a party.
>Priest
Pretty fun class but they sadly nerfed the autoattack build. It's one of my favorites next to Paladin and Wizard.

>I just want to turn off my brain and kill monsters. I would prefer to solo stuff also.
Turn off your brain to kill? Sure. Solo stuff? Sure as well. Special bosses are naturally gonna be an exception but while you're doing normal leveling, yes, you can turn your brain off, solo stuff, and grind till you find the specific stat combo that you want for your gear.
