There's no real good point of measurement for the toons, as the doors have variable height and we don't have any objects with standardized heights we could use for comparison. I've been using the top of the benches in the lobby, which I assume are around 3 or 3 and a half feet tall.
I think I saw someone use Scrap's cup as a unit of measurement before, which made her around 2'8" if I recall correctly.
The handlers just seem to be on the shorter side, although I can't really verify that unless someone has the models.

To give credit where credit is due, I think spring fever and iced over are really good floors that actively raise a floors difficulty while changing how you approach it, they've been pretty good at this. Ichor leak is just a mild hindrance that at most makes you take alternate routes and maybe not do maches and blackout feels like it's just play slow or get hit by long ranged cheap shots. Dolly's factory has machines that can be done with two people to speed it up, it has a train section where you need to find train parts, there are areas where a strong reject has a determined ability that interacts with it, and plushies has an healthbar instead of three/two hearts.
I admit that i don't play it outside of "Redeem daily login" (tbf, juggling between Idleon MMO, Weird Gun Game, a Sandbox game i don't remember the name, and other stuff, i tend to forget to play it properly... I really need to stop being a lazy bum, and play properly so i can get Jinx, Zorro and Spinnette).
Oh yeah, some of the plushies are basically better versions of certain toons, like Spinnette being a better Scraps, and Hi-Fly being a better Brusha.

Funnily enough, two other asyms I've played suddenly had massive seizure warnings that popup when you load into the game added to them today. Both of them had updated previously today, neither had any mention of the risk of potential seizures before, and both added the seizure warning as a hotfix within 12 hours of the news breaking out.

Okay, the only justification I have for explaining the existence of the vintage skins within the story is that the Dandy's World show we see in the game is a reboot of an original series that predates the existence of Gardenview and the Toons themselves.

In other words, like Mickey Mouse, since the 1920s cartoons were dominated by silent, black-and-white animation, featuring iconic characters like Felix the Cat and early Disney creations such as Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and Mickey Mouse. Defined by "rubber hose" animation style and emerging sound technology by 1928, the era established the foundations of the American animation industry.

This could also explain some things like Gourdy knowing he had parents, because he had them in the original series, or Squirm already becoming a butterfly in the original series but being brought back as a catterpillar when brought to life for the reboot of his series, intended to introduce the Living Toons.

I legitimately don't think the toons would get the same effects from narcotics like any normal living thing would. Although they all need to breathe and eat (probably), would they all really have the receptors needed to get the proper Drug™ experience when every toon is a different object and their Ichor has also likely taken the properties of that object too? They're not really living in the traditional sense.
Rather, I think it'd be almost entirely psychological. In the sense that placebo is king because their Ichor would react to what they "think" a substance would do to them.

Without anyone to guide or inform them of what something does, and with only scent and taste to go off of, they might get a completely different reaction from a drug than expected.
In the same way the form a toon takes when they twist is based on their self-perception, emotions, and other thoughts. A toon could smoke literal glass blades and get high off of it if a human told them that it was "special grass" or consume arsenic and get a rush if it was in an improperly labelled bottle.
But, also, I think none of them have ever gotten the chance to learn about any of them because of only living in their carefully curated environment, making drugs basically inert for them unless they get the wrong idea. The only one who might have gotten a chance is Dyle, and he probably microdoses stimulants at worst in funny bottles so nobody else gets anything from using them.
