Your Oguri looks good already. Bourbon should live unless you get very unlucky with witchecks and debuffs. For SMaru I would personally drop restless and just gamble on 777 carryover, but if your goal is having a stable ace then go ahead with the two recovery setup. Overstamming by a little bit is never bad on Med tracks, as long as you're not killing the other stats for it.

Gameplay wise? They're both late surgers, they both do the same distances, Gimlet has 30% power growth on her base and 10% speed, 10% power, 10% guts on her alt. So not really a meta uma.
But personality wise they're pretty different. Gimlet is like a mature Vodka so that's why Vodka looks up to her, Gimlet's also good at romance and is pretty openly into her trainer (though she often expresses it through literary references, so it might fly over your head).
Another cute thing is that Vodka is one of the only characters that Gimlet will use a simpler vocabulary with, since she uses mythological/religious concepts and words frequently, she drops a lot of these when speaking with Vodka so Vodka can understand her easier, and she's also really supportive of her. When Vodka tells her that she wants to give her a gift, she tells her that the only gift she wants is for Vodka to surpass her one day. She also tells Vodka that she's going to write a book about her.

She is, indeed, very fun. Her chuunism is only one part of her and I feel like Gimlet of all characters being kind and supportive to her friends is funny because the real horse is an asshole. I like her for her literary references since the way she confesses to you when you get to the last episode in her story is a reference to Dante's Divine Comedy. She also takes you to a university and makes you read the Dead Sea Scrolls. She just does random shit.

B group is meant for both newcuties and regular players who could never survive in Group A because they're not strong enough. My experience with being in group B several times is seeing people who have umas with uncapped statlines and no S distance. Someone could have maxed or near maxed speed but their power is 600-800 and their wit is 400-600. Skills also tend to be all over the place.
Then you have people who intentionally smurf their way into Group B for easy wins even though they're fully capable of reaching Group A finals OR people who were so unlucky that despite having a Group A tier team they still end up in Group B.

TLDR End is really reliant on the umas. Mr.CB, Durandal, Orfe, Buena, are fucking strong. Especially Orfe with her 2000+m guaranteed earliest late-race accel.
But they never gave good cards for End and Fronts in almost 2 years. Durandal Wit is strong, but who is a good End Miler? Yes, Durandal herself. Even when they gave 2 stam cards, the strong card is Fenomeno, another Pace Long cards.

Cheerleader Kingu is good on Spring Sprint/Mile, she should be good for Mile Spring CM IIRC, her ult is strong as inherit. Her wedding alt also is pretty good as Late Sprinter.
Kawakami Alt is prettyg good for Medium, while Mecha Biwa is decent for Long, but her ult is quite good for inheritance.
At least they're powercrept by themselves.

My advice is always save a spark for premium (semi-limited) umas banner.
They're Pokke, Gentil, Orfe, SiL, Manga Oguri, Stego, and Ai. Among them the meh one is Pokke but she is still strong for 2400m and her ult is one of the best for Late, usually paired with Neo Universe.
They almost always release on anniversary so you should get more gibs.

It will shift. While the stat cap increase slowly, you will get much more skill points on newer scenarios. JP meta cards either give you Lvl 5 hints, +2 sp bonus, or give you 2 hints at once. It comes with practice. There are some tricks for how to eek out as much as possible out of your energy. For example if you are at 0 energy and you use a 20 energy item you can do one wit training. Even if you fail the wit training you will have enough energy to do to consecutive races afterwards assuming you choose the top option after winning the race the first time. Conversely if you use a 20 energy item before a race you pick the bottom option after winning. If you get lucky you will have some energy left to race again.

There's two ways to do parent runs in MANT

Normalish deck with 3 to 4 good cards, maybe one or two cards swapped out for suboptimal but still not complete bricks, aiming for 1100+ in 3 stats and just getting most of your skill hints from rival races and your inspirations, which is trying to make an SS uma because it significantly increases the odds of 2* and above white sparks on anything you hit as a spark

2 good speed cards to win races and the rest whatever garbage you need to get all the skill hints you want, aiming for 1100 in speed and power and 600+ in stam and wit. You're not going to hit SS, but you are going to end up with hints for a lot more useful skills and as a result, more likely to have useful white sparks instead of generic stuff that you get from rivals
As to what schedule you run, you'd like to match the schedule of your grandparents to maximize affinity, and I personally think the Tiara route is way more consistent since you don't have stam targets which means you just train speed, wit and power as well as only needing mile and medium aptitude which is both easier to achieve on most parents as a lot like Dober don't run longs, which also precludes getting Long sparks on anyone who doesn't natively have Long A.
I do grab radiant because it's not terrible as a skill if you get a discount on it, and I'd like to have it on my bloodline for the same reason I'm breeding on Ignited PWR so it'll be available in future scenarios where you don't get it normally.

Niigata 1800m Dirt is closest to the Kentucky Oaks. Chuukyo is close but oddly shaped.
If anyone wants to run the reenactments for The Kentucky Oaks g1 on Friday, May 1st and Kentucky Derby Saturday, May 2nd, go for it. I ask because I still want to run the other G1s (which I'll probably make all turf) so it would be nice if one or two anons focus on the big races of the day. I'm assuming someone else is running Tenno Sho Spring too.
Besides the tracks, you'll just have to add Spring and pay attention to the weather for the day. Will make it your call to make mood random or Great. Would max out the number of umas. Oh and don't take it personally if someone runs an extra one like the /v/ stakes. It's more about fun with IRL races. I wouldn't lock genders because there's barely any dirts to use already for most peeps.

Saving in FGO is also more soulless than in Umamusume because everyone is expected to roll for the anniversary meta unit and skip every other banner in the process. Not to mention that prior to a few years ago it didn't have a real pity system so you could drop 1k SQ and not get the rate up unit. That's why I consider Umamusume to be much kinder and easier to obtain resources for rolling the umas I want.

If you have anklets/megaphones left, you can easily make up the difference in the last three trainings. I would run the Arima Kinen, personally. You only need about 100 speed worth of trainings, since you get +17 at the end of the year from events, and +70 from the finale.

Thanks lads but in the end this piggy's stats just won't do. Still thanks for the help. Arima seems like a skip only if there's like 80 stats in the training then. Also forgot the Tachyon so I'll have to cope with Radiant Star. Oh well
