Used to play this game back then (i think when it was at season 0 or something) but dropped it after I got bored, picked it up again and I can say I don't like the massive bonus that premium skins give and the skill system is too much for a game like this imo.
Shit is still as overpriced as back then which is funny.

Still can't get over the time leakfag hypebeasts though it was going to be a fighting game

don't think it even came out anywhere except several specific regions. Euro here, I didn't heard of it. I'm one of those fags that keep playing Fall Guys, so I'm mildly curious about this game

It's fun for a FG clone (I like the race and ring battles), though it feels slow, specially for a Sonic game.
Expensive MTX up the ass and obvious P2W shit kinda ruins the fun (skills were unnecesary imo), and the fact they have delayed it so many times for no reason is the biggest offender, I think only Latinamerica and SEA countries are able to play it (and the game is on it's 8th season).
I think SEGA doesn't have faith on it at all.

I played it for a bit and there doesnt seem to be much kindness in the system and it is predatory. Free red tokens get mentioned but I havent seen one but theres MTX attempts all over the place and also despite originally being a phone/mobile game matches are poorly suited for a casual or on-the-move type playstyle. The actual game mechanics feel way too automated too.

Overall though id rather just play Sonic Battle R.

I finally pulled the trigger and played the game. The $45 dollar skins put such a bad taste in my mouth, I was unwilling to even spend $10 to get King Ghidorah. Fuck greed. If the skins were more reasonably priced, this wouldn't be a problem.
