Where is everyone? Anyway, heard the DMZ Recon is next season, but they are also going to have a Street Fighter collaboration so I might actually take a break from Call of Duty Mobile. Warzone Mobile servers are still up last I heard though I'll probably jump into CoDM every once in a while to try out the DMZ Recon. Will return when the Street Fighter collaboration is over.

The new DMZ Recon is okay, at least. Hopefully they let us play DMZ Recon in third person so that we can see the skins.

I can confidently say I have no idea what I'm doing in the DMZ mode but I'm having fun

Kept getting defeated and couldn't play DMZ Recon because I keep telling myself to stay in Ranked mode until I win a game.

I hope they give 3rd ppv so that we can see the skins.

It's like some Warzone elements mixed in with MWII's DMZ but with futuristic Black Ops and Advanced Warfare mooks scattered throughout the map. Just open up map, choose a mission, go to the area and activate mission, then complete mission and finally leave with the loot you gathered.

I have 64 GBs of storage on my phone and I literally can't fucking have it installed without deleting every single other app. Why do some maps like the space elevator one take over an entire GB by themselvse and aren't even playable in MP? Holy shit the DMZ mode is fucking unplayable due to phone overheating and lagging. No other open tabs, phone cool before I start, but even in the middle of one match it starts heating like bitch.
No problem in other modes, just this dmz shit. Which sucks, skins are cool and mode is sorta fun

Oh I don't even bother with the draws. The different characters and special guns don't interest me. I haven't spent any money on the game. All I care about is ranked MP. I was hoping people here maybe discussed the best guns each season, different strategies, etc. I'm chasing the top 5000 but don't think I'll get there. Many of the people I get matched with are crazy good.

I don't know anything about gun meta since I only ever use the Oden but as for advice for grinding top 5k I would just stick to TDM and Frontline. If you're a halfway decent player solo queuing you'll be able to carry a shit team to victory. And if you lose but can still top the scoreboard you won't lose many rank points I've tried SnD but the points loss is huge compared to TDM. Also when you reach 5k you'll have to play a certain amount of matches to stay within the 5k range until the season ends. I only ever did this when the season was anime themed and the calling card was a cute girl and to this day I haven't gone back to sweatshop so good luck to you!

As for build I go in as mostly support UAV, Shock RC, Advanced UAV, and Tak 5 just so you can help even the shittiest teammate get at least a few extra kills easier

I like to play TDM, Domination, SnD, and sometimes Control. I actually loathe frontline lol. The spawn situation makes it less exciting for me. Really SnD is the best, most pure game type, but people are so darn good. It seems to attract the most skilled players. I wish there was a hardcore mode that had no killstreaks or operator skills. I'm tired of getting killed by swarm and ninja. I also wish there was ranked FFA. Currently also using Odin because it's so good, but use BP50 on some smaller maps. Picrel is from earlier today. There's no way I'll get top 5k. I also just don't play enough to chase that number as it rises everyday.

I can't play unranked matches I get a message about not every player has the maps downloaded even if I try to play alone.

If I try to play a ranked match I get matched with freaks who are clearly using keyboards, mice and pcs and I get massacre very badly.

Have you checked that you yourself have all the maps downloaded? Other people not having maps downloaded shouldn't have any affect on your matchmaking.

That's because that's how the matchmaking in this game works
Touch gets matched with touch
Controller/Emulator players get matched together
It's so people with a clear advantage over touch players don't fuck the whole lobby and get matched with other emulator/controller players.

You should try playing with a phone. Once you get used to it, it can be pretty fast, especially because you're able to place all the buttons wherever you want.
