Well , I went to my neighboor's house and left a tier 3 Rasperry Jam on the table, a few hours later he got online and went house to house asking foe whoever did it and found me, sent me a friend request and left Happy New Year greeting card on my mailbox. best way to make money right now is just collecting tons of mushrooms and cooking grilled mushoom dishes
arrange four basic stoves in a closely packed cross-shape pattern with a space for the player in between
then just keep cooking grilled mushrooms by spamming the cook button on the stoves
grilled mushroom dish has only one skill check that occurs somewhere in the middle, so you have plenty of time to get all four stoves started and then simply tap the skill check for each stove
you can make about 10k gold in just about 200 mushrooms
not only will this increase your cooking level quickly, but will also increase the chance of cooking better quality dishes which give more gold when sold
cooking and gardening have been working out great for me
i guess fishing would also be good to make money when paired with growing potatoes and cooking the fish and chips dish

the first one was right next to naughty on the deck, and the bubble was also floating above a rock near it

There is a cap on how many items you can buy from other people during this event. I bought 3 or 4 before I could no longer buy anything else. Can't wait for it to refresh, there's some good items.

Event currency. When you go into the fashionwave shop the last option is what other people have in your region. You don't need to be friends with them. Walk up, use the interaction button, and choose the second option to select the item you want to buy. It doesn't take away from their stock, it's basically just a proxy.

There needs to be a button to recall your pet back to your location or at the entrance of your house or something. I had to remove my roof and build a stairs a couple of times to reach my cat and can't be assed to ever do that again.

I personally like the housebuilding, to the point that I had to put up with the bad camera controls just to make some designs. The real hell for me is the interior design because of how limiting the furniture is. You can only put so much of the craftables until it looks repetitive and you're now at the mercy of what you get on your daily/weekly furniture shop. The really nice houses I come across are actually the ones who make rooms as compact as possible and use most of the space for elevation/pathways/vegetation etc.

It just acts as a mini double procurement that has a daily 10k cap iirc. It doesn't affect their fashionwave coins when you sell to someone but they lose 30 stamina after. So the etiquette is to feed them food after.

Depends if there are multiple stuff in the banner you like. Rolling for a specific item doesn't seem worth it unless you are willing to spend for it. By then its either you get lucky and get it or spend until you can redeem for tokens.

but you can't even exchange for any building materials that you didn't get from the banner, so it's pretty lame and predatory
it seems you'd have to save up thousands of passes to even complete any set
i wonder how the rest of the manor set will be handled since you can buy some of its building materials for blue/f2p diamonds right now

buy frosting and pasteurized eggs from massimo (along with meat, eggs, butter, milk and coffee for event recipes)
collect rewards from egg baskets placed in other players' plots
ice skating challenges (you receive 2 attempts per day, upto 10 attempts are stored, attempts are not consumed at challenge failure)

The various snowmen are probably event tied, either that or they're just general interactables. Apparently the weather prompt unlocks a skin color when you stay there for too long. I haven't tried it though because I haven't seen snowy weather for days now.
