Second to last stage, transformed teq UI can catch your floaters/weak units if they don't dodge or aren't built up. He gains attack for each hit in the turn and does a 77% stack on super so he can hit decently hard.
Last phase, int goku and frieza, is really the only hard part. They start weak and build up attack and defense by 7% for each hit received and can super multiple times. Do your best to nuke them as hard as possible and close out fast because it only takes a few turns before they are insanely tanky and are doing triple 15M+ supers. the goku side of the INT tag 4s can do insane work if you pop the active and let him go crazy

swap earlier and more often than you think you need to. the intensity meter stuff is no joke. the second to last stage with ginyu he will blast you on that second or third turn when dodge is disabled and he's doing boosted damage. the attack bonus or heal is nice, but I think the "1 cost" swap every turn or after two turns at most is the best way to manage the two or three tough fights and missions we have in the event right now

Ok, that was thrilling for one battle but I do not like the prospect of this being very battle. Cool, I don't instantly die like in a normal event, I just die 6 times before it's over or I barely win. All this does is show how weak your characters (numbers) actually are without the dual leader %.

I like that they're doing a story mode like budokai or sparking zero which could then do some "what if" stuff, but if you're limiting to specific categories that don't have a lot of good units or hasn't been buffed in years, then there should be more limited buffs for the powercrept stuff. it wasn't fun just using the ginyu team to steamroll the harder stages

Pay attention to the units for missions, but generally it's as the other anon said, Ginyu force destroys it outside the last stage. Issue there is that there's a mission for no one dying, and the boss one shots every unit except a stacked SSJ Goku and Stacked Ginyu.

The issue is all the 6 phase fights die in 3 because the damage is too high now, with some 9 phases also getting skipped.
Once you get to the end, it's actually impossible to have stacked enough if you use too many new units.
The scaling will have to get so insane that units will need to wipe out the end phase entirely by themselves for it to be beatable now, unless, again, you have the exact whale team that came out with 10th anni.

Is it not worth fishing getitng both AGL MV's conditions? He'll be at 20 ki before orbs if you fill both his conditions, and INT MV just needs 3 INTs (or 5 in general), so you can dump a lot into the MV up front. I haven't used the unit a lot so I don't know how often you swap between them.

I would say AGL MV plays the most easily replaceable role on that team and I wouldn't go out of my way to enable him or focus on him. New LR hits harder, tanks way better, and stacks. INT MV provides great def support on the super and links exceptionally well with the LR.
AGL MV isn't bad, but is just good damage and decent defense. The problem really stems from him and INT MV having restrictions you kind of need to bend over backwards for. With that setup, you'd be better off just swapping out one extreme for another super and keeping the goku side out permanently or swapping out most of the team for Dabura, Yakon, Pui Pui, Babidi, etc. if you have them. Right now, Goku/Vegeta aren't at full power unless you're getting them 8 orbs every turn
The team will work in 99% of content, but in the hardest fights you're inviting a lot of risk for what feels like not a lot of reward.

I'll always be on the opposite side, but I also had all 3 units at 90% so Recoome/Guldo were actually tanking all endgame, as was Ginyu after he pumped some supers out. Jeice/Burter were dodge or die. Rest of the team is moreso the issue.

Ginyu's eza battle singlehandedly took his team from powercrept to able to do everything before it. Even during major celebrations, you'll get one unit or so to help fix a team, but not enough to actually hold it together.
Contrast the RoG buffs this anni with RoF Blues and UI.

Basically, after all the calcs, you do your attack against their def then apply damage reduction.
So a scenario where your thing would happen (100% made up numbers)

>0 damage reduction
>you do 100-60=40 damage
Now if goku lowers your attack by 20%

Saiyan saga needs a few turns to get going but also cannot handle long content. Piccolo being another slot 2/3 support unit with okay damage and okay defense that can drop a mediocre damage active skill after 6 turns of charging is just not enough

I don't hate the UI/SSBE duo but I definitely feel like they're overrated. People suck off the guaranteed dodge/tanking, and it's certainly valuable, but I'd almost always rather have a unit who's a bit of a dice roll turn 1/2 and then can really get going and be sturdy (dabura, ss3 & ss2, kaiku, etc.) than a unit who's got an expendable gimmick and then you need to pray they don't shit themselves every other turn. 80% dodge is good and survive KO is solid, but when the boss is going to get you to 1 HP if they breathe on you and you've got 5 turns of battle left, it's just ass

Definitely the toughest, the tamagamis themselves don't do enough damage so you're forced to float them (and ghost usher when tamagami 3 shows up) while also still fishing for optimal rotations (i.e. the ssj4s exploding on turn 5 with a gogeta support)
Funny that Gogeta ended up aging better than Vegetto. Makes sense, but still sad.

The new Piccolo/Goku is mid unless you run him next to the EZAd PHY Piccolo/Goku. That 20% def + 5% DR from tough as nails makes him able to tank 17-18 million supers in slot 1 comfortably at 55%. Without it he's barely tanking 11 million supers.
