I'm hoping in Winds and Waves, when we go in the water, the protagonists will be in just their wetsuits and that we'll get color and design options for the wetsuits. If that happens, then I'd love to see that be retained if a BW2 remake ever happens.

I would be shocked if people weren't complaining back when Black 2 and White 2 were revealed/released about Rosa being so covered up, especially after Hilda. It's just today, there are way more people on the internet, which makes stuff people say seem louder and more popular than it may or may not actually be. Also the whole woke/anti-woke culture hadn't really materialized and come together back then (way more fractured, different terms being thrown around), but today, it's like the go-to word for a lot of people.

Until we see what the protagonists look like in just their wetsuits (assuming we will, anyway), Nate's wetsuit is superior in color and design.

I think there's a good chance because even if the protagonists aren't seen at any point in the game in just their wetsuits, a good amount of the wetsuit is still visible on the legs and arms, so I would think at least come color options should be available, and maybe some different designs, too.

I've recently been playing Endless Ocean: Blue World again, and besides being one of the best underwater exploration games, it had amazing wetsuit customization that lets you pick your own colors for unique suit patterns that you unlock as you progress the story. Here's hoping for a similar mechanic in WiWa.

I would hope so, since it's an underwater game, lol. With Winds and Waves though, we don't know yet how much the ocean will actually be explorable. If it's a big enough part of the game, then I think maybe there's a better chance we'll get wetsuit customization.
