Everyone around me stopped following Pokemon mid-gen 2 and started getting into online gaming and 6th gen console gaming or getting laid and doing drugs, the extent of millenial Pokemon gen 3 exposure was i herd you liek mudkips. Hard to believe any real millenial would rank 3 above 2 but maybe they just have shit taste which would explain why they'd still be playing Pokemon in middle school/high school

Alright stats for an early game mon and intimidate is one of the best abilities in the game.

Yeah I also stopped playing Pokemon after Gen2 because Gen2 disappointed me, the fad passed and it became something you got mocked for with teen age, and because I just got more into more challenging games

However I played Gen3 about three years ago for the first time and yes I consider it an improvement with absolutely no nostalgia attached. The only nostalgia I have for Gen2 really was liking some Pokemon designs like two of the starters and the new evolutions like Crobat and Scizor, and the Dark types. But as a game experience I always found it way weaker and ten times more of a chore than gen1
