It's a quirky over the top (in the japanese sense) excavator "sim" where you have to perform tasks within the time limit, from putting sand into the truck, destroy buildings or save turtles in the pool. What makes the game great is the insane controls which are hard as fuck to master, requiring you to use every button on the controller. But, once you get the hang of it, everything clicks. Feels like the japanese version of QWOP if that makes any sense.

I know, I don't get what this other dude is trying at by obsessively insulting it. Like it's a really solid combination of well known classics, some actually excellent games that people know of but which aren't as highly regarded or played as they ought to be generally, and obscure stuff that most people would have no idea to check out.
