Decently fun game but man is that soundtrack sex (much like the attract mode girl). Ayako Saso is one of the only Japanese composers I can think of who put Jamaican nigga samples in their jungle vgm. She did the same thing for Technictix's track "Rambler".

Anon, rave racer was never ported before this - it was always arcade only

I play POD Gold from GOG and the fucking 3dfx wrapper just won't fucking work. It starts in a software mod. I think it probably works only on 64bit systems for some reason. Which is an oversight from GOG.

Not that bad on mame, but I don't remember which version. Choosing the track is the biggest hassle, since the steering wheel is oversensitive in the menu, for some reason. I got the arcade archives 2 version, I don't know what's the catch is compared to the regular arcade archives version, but it's great nonetheless, I'd recommend it
