Superhero League of Hoboken is one, it's an adventure game/RPG hybrid overshadowed by Quest for Glory.

Warlords Battlecry series and Spellforce for RTS/RPG-hybrids.

Dragon's Crown also combines RPG-mechanics with a beat'em'up.
