I'm looking for games that combine RPGs with other genres in unique ways.

Warlords Battlecry series and Spellforce for RTS/RPG-hybrids.
That's probably the easiest hybrid out there. Which probably explains the existence of SRPGs like Fire Emblem. Unicorn Overlord would be a more unique take on that.
Dragon's Crown also combines RPG-mechanics with a beat'em'up.

The Famicom had it all already, from the many board/RPGs to Mahjong Taisen (mahjong RPG), Sweet Home, Pinball Quest, Captain Tsubasa, or that fighter-RPG I always forget the name of
