I'm not buying a Sega Shiturn just so I can play the two exclusive JRPGs, its still a console for 2D Shooter nerds. So Tactics. Both are mid though.

Tactics is more polished but i enjoyed playing Shining Force more, especially scenario 3. Both are great though.

Shining Force III is a lot better balanced and the story isn't pretentious shit for angsty teenagers. There is no contest really.

I like the shining in darkness/shining force series better than FF, while tactics is fun it is just a series of battle after battle, and the final fantasy series as a whole has been fun, though varied.

Poorfags and coping liars. You can get a working Saturn and Flash Cart for $160. Quit justifying shitty emulation just because you are poor. The only consoles that emulate perfectly are NES, Mega Drive, and PC Engine.
