(screenshot not mine because i forgot to take one while playing earlier)
i just started fallout new vegas and the first guy i see after this one asshole shoots me is spinning his head and moving weirdly while talking about my brain damage or whatever, is there an explanation or did the mods i download fuck the game up?? FPGE did show a pop up saying i needed JIP and xNVSE (which is stupid btw i literally have the lastest versions of those mods installed), so is this glitch somehow related to that mod?

If you're missing mod dependencies, it will glitch. Did you use a mod manager?
