What's the best economic game? I want to see number go up.

I tried Democracy 4 and that game is trash the GDP is just a modifier not a number

Never played the Anno or patrician games.
Get a good foundation of basic economics from sid Meier's pirates! and similar trading sims.
That one sseth game space warlord organ harvester?
Settlers gives you a good idea of supply chain logistics.
