You know what I'll take this one at face value as genuine. I get it. It's really unusual for a performer to be this close to their audience. But she spends all of her time with us, and we match her humor and interests and treat her right. She considers us friends. She doesn't do typical content creator grind. You can see it how she gives the same collab priorty to 1view coquinuts, random 2view literally whotubers, or big peer streamers. She values connection more than anything.
I think beyond the separation anxiety I don't see it as unhealthy.

Yes I have internet friends too and if my internet friends asked to couch surf or for help moving, I would help them (assuming we're near each other and thus capable of actually helping). Those are different from gaming acquaintances, who I'm friendly with but don't know well enough to let into my house.
