Phase is repeating NijiEN tragedy.
The mean girl clique (Lumi, Dizzy, Jelly) has successfully bullied Clara out. Clara wanted to keep /pol/ baiting out of streams, and management was initially on her side. Multiple talents publicly complained about management banning the grift. Around this time last year, things changed. A new male manager with an extensive /pol/ posting history on his Twitter (Junko, yes male on stream aieee) joined, the ban was lifted, and Dizzy and Lumi's influence rapidly increased.
As they gained power, they began isolating Clara from collabs, sponsorships, and projects while management ignored the issue.
At this point they essentially run the company and hoard all resources — each one got multiple outfits last year, 3D concert, album, Japan trips, covers, etc. Active buttlickers got some crumbs, the rest got nothing. If anyone speaks up, they’re next.
