it's a browser game, murder mystery type stuff
you're given all sorts of documents from juvie records, medical records, ads for art, rehabilitation programs targeted to staff and there was a manga at some point, many files you have to download and open outside of your browser

and you have to piece it all together
with all the reading and specialised jargon this is much harder to follow than your average vsinger valo stream

noitan has been battling pollen and started stream with a nice snort and stuffing tissues up her nose while drinking sparkling prune wine that smells like strawberry

so yeah, this one of the streams ever
