oh and yes, i posted that track because it also makes me tear up (it's the only video game my sister used to play). the way i look at it, if you're going to post about the sims 1, it's probably for some kind of nostalgic reason, as the gameplay by itself is intentionally entirely how you make it, a pure sandbox, so while i've never played any other The Sims versions, i don't imagine they're worse than the original (most references i've seen are for 2 at the oldest), so posting the original means there's something about it that means something to you outside of it's gameplay.
