These 2 were created in Sora. Which has great video, but has the Sora logo pop up randomly in different spots to indicate AI. The voice in these is pretty good, but Sora often has a very tinny metallic voice. Likely to prevent deepfakes, as it's more evident if the vid is featuring someone well known

You can remove the vocals using Ultimate Vocal Remover or its derivatives, but redoing the lyrics also requires some amount of singing talent because you have to do it manually.
Ace Step is also capable of taking in reference audio, you can copy paste the song lyrics from a lyrics website and make your manual alterations, and it will come out sounding like a bootleg version of the reference.
Tough shit if you don't have the hardware to run it.

I used CapCut, it's free for 9 uses. It always says you used premium features and need to sign up for pro. But you just continue anyway (not the pro button, the other one & also close popups and continue as if you're going to signup)
Just use a free audioremover app to remove sound from clips that you add if you have another soundtrack playing. The sites are fast, but the apps let you do 50 files in literally about 2 seconds (same speed for 1 vs 50 vid clips) & grok says to import the clips properly to aboid the "audio extract" glitch trigger the pro feature despite silent vids. but I just drag since I had about 100 clips.

It's easy to use & grok will guide you for any feature you need to figure out, like it detecting beat and putting beat markers. Or atting text to the video
