As for the question, not really my genre so I don't have much to offer, but e.g. Destro 246 is about schoolgirls with guns being assassins and running crime gangs.

You might like "Everyone Loves Her". It's a Korean web manhwa. Not gonna spoil it, but it centers around the MC who is a girl with the power of teleportation. She seems to be the only person with superpowers. It's very good.

Slight correction, there's no official english translation for the comic. There's official translations into a few other languages though.

I'm going to recommend some more comics on the webtoon platform, but first here's something that's useful to know.

A few (but not all) of the more violent webtoons are listed as for "mature audiences" and want you to login to view them.
If you don't want to login to webtoons, you can easily get around that age-gate on desktop by doing the following.

Ok technically the demons are not teenagers and they are mostly antagonists, but they look the same age as the protagonists who are in highschool.


There was some meddling by webtoons editors going on with the seasons after the first and stories that were intended to be standalone became a single narrative.

They also made bonus directors cut editions of the later seasons, to change it to be more inline with their original vision. I haven't read the comic in a while and I never checked out those alternate editions.

I was thinking that the first season of Witch Creek road might not be exactly what OP was looking for, so i wasn't sure if I should have suggested it.
But then i remembered the second season does have stuff closer to what he was looking for.

I'm not entirely sure if this meets OP's critieria. She might not count as "unrepentant". She may have had some level of hesitation or uncertainty, I'm dont remember exactly. But in ether case she is helping a serial killer

I'm the grim reaper is a webtoon that might be interesting to you, even though it doesn't precisely meet the requirements.
The main character isn't a teenager, but she is a young woman. She does kill a lot of "sinners", but she's not exactly un-repentant from what I remember. She made with the devil, and has to kill 1 sinner a day.

It's been a while since I read it, so i'm not gonna remember all the details..
