So I am sending an art commission request to someone & paying for it via PayPal, but it seems to require my address for it.
Is there any way (like in the settings) to make my address anonymous/not show up for these transactions? (as a PayPal user, not a business)
If not, is it against PayPal policy if I just input a "placeholder" address for the invoice that just says "NA" (None Above) on each line with a generic line of "1111" where it requires numbers?

No, Paypal isn't anonymous at all for users and they retain records.
