I'm looking for a reel / screencap of a greentext meme of George W Bush about him not being in the files.

It shows a graph of file mentions dates, and the greentext about "why did he do the war of terror?" I can't remember the mid lines of the greentext, but something along the lines of "no blackmail" "no financial incentives"
