Does anyone remember a late 2000s/early 2010s parody commercial video for a fake mexican restaurant? Not the SNL one. It started off fairly normal and gradually became insane, with faster and faster narration, blood and guts, and at some point the narrator asks "DIABEETS?". And there was a stupid animation of someone snapping their neck trying to eat a quesadilla.
